Product Overview
The MAX15007AASA+ is an ultra low quiescent current linear regulator in 8 pin NSOIC package. This device with fixed output of 3.3V is ideal for use in battery operated systems and it operates from an input voltage of 4V to 40V. The regulator delivers up to 50mA of output current and consumes only 10μA of quiescent current at no load. The internal P channel pass device keeps the quiescent current low even at full load (90μA).
- Operates through cold crank condition
- Automotive temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- Withstands 45V load dump
- Power supply rejection ratio is 66dB at f=100Hz
- Dropout voltage is 1V
- Stable operation with tiny 2.2μF output capacitor
- Thermal and short circuit protection
- Features enable input to turn the device on or off
