MAX4715EXK+T

The MAX4715EXK+T is a low on-resistance, low voltage, single-supply, SPST analogue switch in 5 pin SC-70 package. This device has fast switching speeds (tON = 18ns max, tOFF = 12ns max). When powered from a +3V supply, the device offer 0.4ohm max on-resistance (RON) with 0.1ohm max RON flatness. Their digital logic inputs are +1.8V CMOS compatible when using a single +3V supply. Typical applications include power routing, audio and video signal routing, low voltage data acquisition systems, PCMCIA cards, cellular phones, modems and hard drives.

• NO, NC off leakage current is 1nA at +25°C
