MAX4948ETG+T

MAX4948 hex SPDT data switch operates from a single 1.8V to 5.5V supply. This switch features a low 30pF (typ) capacitance for high-speed data switching applications. The MAX4948 has one logic input and an enable input (active low EN) to disable the switches. Typical applications include USB signal switching, UART signal switching, SDIO/memory stick, Cell phones and PDAs.
