Product Overview
The MAX6071BAUT33+T is a low noise, high precision series voltage reference with 3.3V output voltage in 6 pin SOT-23 package. This device consumes 160µA (TA = 25°C) of supply current and can sink and source up to 10mA of load current. The low drift and low noise specifications enable enhanced system accuracy, making these devices ideal for high precision industrial applications. This device is used in high accuracy industrial and process control, precision instrumentation, precision current sources, high resolution ADCs and DACs.
