Product Overview
The MAX9371ESA+ is a single LVTTL/TTL to differential LVPECL/PECL translator in 8 pin NSOIC package. The device inputs accept standard LVTTL/TTL levels. It has pull-up circuitry that drives the outputs to a differential high if the inputs are open. The outputs are differential LVPECL/PECL levels which allow high-performance clock or data distribution in systems with a nominal power supply. MAX9371 device is designed for high-speed communication signal and clock driver applications.

- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- 1GHz operating frequency at 600mv differential output
- 1 transmitter and 1 receiver
- Propagation delay of 270ps
- Output high with input open
- ESD protection is greater than 2KV (human body model)
