Product Overview
The MAX968EUA+ is a dual micropower, ultra low voltage, rail to rail I/O comparator in 8 pin µMAX package. This comparator features rail to rail inputs and outputs and fully specified single supply operation down to +1.6V. In addition to its rail to rail input common mode voltage range makes this comparator suitable for ultra low voltage operation. It offers programmable hysteresis and an internal 1.235V ±1.5% reference. Typical applications include 2-cell battery powered/portable systems, window comparators, threshold detectors/discriminators, mobile communications, voltage level translation and ground/supply sensing applications.
- Supply voltage of 1.8V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- 10µA supply current
- Open-drain outputs swing beyond VCC
- 10µs propagation delay (50mV overdrive)
