The AT series capacitors from AVX are class II high temperature multilayer ceramic chip capacitors with VHT dielectric material. These high temperature chip capacitor with verified capability of long term operation up to 250°C offers high current handling capabilities, high volumetric efficiency, high insulation resistance and low ESR/ESL.
- Capacitance value range from 1000pF to 1μF
- EIA 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, 1812 and 2225 case sizes available
- DC voltage rating of 16V and 25V
- Temperature coefficient of ±15%
- Available in ±5%, ±10% and ±20% tolerance
