Product Overview
The BG405798 is a Hi-Flow™ Heat Sink Pad with electrically insulating, thermally conductive phase change material, 30KPSI tensile strength. It is coated on both sides of the proprietary film substrate. This heat sink pad has the thermal performance of 2-3mil mica and grease assemblies and handles like a Sil-Pad2® at room temperature and flows like high quality grease at elevated temperature. Used in applications where electrical insulation is required.
