The Automotive compliant MF-RHT Series offer resettable fault protection of general electronic equipment. With an operating temperature of upto 125°C, a choice of operating currents and low thermal derating factor, the AEC-Q200 compliant MF-RHT Series is suitable for many automotive applications.
