Product Overview
FT812Q-T is a FT81 series second-generation EVE graphics controller IC with resistive touch control and audio output. Building on the success of the first-generation FT80X touch controller IC with EVE technology, it has been extended to include four additional devices, offering many improvements and enhanced capabilities. Typical applications include point-of-sale machines, multi-function printers, instrumentation, home security systems, graphic touchpad remotes, dial pads, tele/video conference systems, phones and switchboards, medical appliances, blood pressure displays, heart monitors, glucose level displays, breathalysers, gas chromatographs, power meters, home appliance devices, set-top boxes, thermostats, sprinkler system displays, GPS/satnav devices, vending machine control panels, and elevator controls.

- Built-in 12MHz crystal oscillator with PLL providing programmable system clock up to 60MHz
- Support landscape and portrait orientations, display enable control output to LCD panel
- Integrated 1MByte graphics RAM, no frame buffer RAM required
- Support playback of motion-JPEG encoded AVI videos, mono audio channel output with PWM output
- 56 pin VQFN package, ambient temperature (power applied) range from -40 to +85°C
