The CNY17-3-300E is a 1-channel 6-pin surface-mount Phototransistor Optocoupler contains a light emitting diode optically coupled to a phototransistor. Collector-emitter voltage is above 70V. Response time (tr) is typically 5µs and minimum CTR is 40% at input current of 10mA. It is suitable for signal transmission between circuits of different potentials and impedances.
