HCPL-092J-000E is a quad, 1/3, bidirectional CMOS digital isolator that features high-speed performance and excellent transient immunity specifications. The symmetric magnetic coupling barrier gives this device a typical pulse width distortion of 2ns, a typical propagation delay skew of 4ns and a 100Mbaud data rate, making them the industry’s fastest digital isolators. Applications include digital fieldbus isolation, multiplexed data transmission, computer peripheral interface, high-speed digital systems, isolated data interfaces, logic level shifting.
- 3.3V and +5V TTL/CMOS compatible
- 15kV/µs minimum common mode rejection
- 2500V RMS isolation, UL1577 approved
