The HCPL-817-00DE is a 1-channel 4-pin high density mounting type Phototransistor Optocoupler contains a light emitting diode optically coupled to a phototransistor. Input-output isolation voltage is 5000Vrms. It is suitable for signal transmission between circuits of different potentials and impedances.
