Product Overview
The ACPL-M75L-000E is a 1-channel 5-pin High Speed Optocoupler utilizes the latest CMOS IC technology to achieve outstanding performance with very low power consumption. Basic building blocks of ACPL-M75L are high speed LEDs and CMOS detector ICs. Each detector incorporates an integrated photodiode, a high speed transimpedance amplifier and a voltage comparator with an output driver. It is suitable for multiplexed data transmission and microprocessor system interface.
