Product Overview
HMC561LP3E is a x2 active broadband frequency multiplier utilizing GaAs PHEMT technology. The HMC561LP3(E) is ideal for use in LO multiplier chains for Pt to Pt & VSAT Radios yielding reduced parts count vs. traditional approaches. Typical application includes clock generation applications SONET OC-192 & SDH STM-64, point-to-point & VSAT radios, test instrumentation, military & space.
- Input frequency range from 4 to 10.5GHz (TA = +25°C, Vdd = +5V, 5dBm)
- Output frequency range from 8 to 21GHz (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd = +5V, 5dBm)
- Output power is 14dBm (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd = +5V, 5dBm)
- Fo isolation (with respect to output level) is 15dBc (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd = +5V, 5dBm)
- 3Fo isolation (with respect to output level) is 15dBc (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd = +5V, 5dBm)
- Input return loss is 16dB (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd = +5V, 5dBm)
- Output return loss is 8dB (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd = +5V, 5dBm)
