Product Overview
E4981B/-001 is a ZA2-class capacitance meter. It offers a high speed with reliable capacitance measurements for ceramic capacitor testing in the production lines. The E4981B realizes the measurement capabilities of capacitance from small to large values with accurate measurements. The E4981B capacitance meter contributes to improvements in the test throughput while attaining excellent component quality for ceramic capacitor testing.
- High-speed measurement of 2.3ms (1MHz), 3.0ms (1kHz), 11.0ms (120Hz)
- Accurate C-D testing: 0.05%, 0.0005 (specification), 0.042%, 0.0003 (typical) accuracy
- Measures wide capacitance ranges from 0 F to 2.0 mF across multiple frequencies
- Supports 9-bin sorting and 256 multi-channel correction for automated testing
- Compatible with 4268A, 4288A, and E4981A SCPI and interface environments
- Includes LAN, USB, and GPIB interfaces for flexible PC connectivity and control
- Test signal level compensation for high-value ceramic capacitor tests
- LCD (320 x 240 (pixel), RGB colour) display
- Outer dimension is 370 (width) x 105 (height) x 405mm (depth) (nominal)
