Product Overview
AZ75232GTR-G1 is a multiple RS-232 drivers and receivers. It combines three drivers and five receivers, which conform to the EIA/TIA-232-F and ITU v.28 standards. Each receiver converts EIA/TIA-232-F inputs to 5-V TTL/CMOS levels and each driver converts TTL/CMOS input levels into EIA/TIA-232-F levels. The flow-through pinout facilitates simple non-crossover board layout. Typical applications include mother board, peripheral equipment.
- Single chip with easy interface between UART and serial-port connector
- Designed to support data rates up to 120kbit/s
- Supply voltage range from 7.5 to 15V (VDD)
- Supply current from VDD is 15mA max at VDD=9V, VSS=-9V, All inputs at 1.9V, no load
- Output resistance is 300 ohm min at VCC=VDD=VSS=0, VO=-2Vto 2V
- Driver propagation delay time (low to high level output) is 315ns typ at RL=3kohm to 7kohm, CL=15pF
- Receiver propagation delay time (low to high level output) is 105ns typ at RL=5kohm, CL=50pF
- TSSOP-20 package
- Temperature range from -40 to +85°C
