The FMMT459TA is a NPN high voltage Bipolar Transistor offers 150mA high continuous collector current and less-than -90mV low saturation voltage @ 50mA. It is suitable for off-line switching applications, RCD circuits, PFC disable switch in PSU, emergency lighting, Piezo actuators and telecom protected line switching.
