Product Overview
LM2902AQT14-13 is a quad-channel device that consists of four independent high-gain operational amplifiers with a very low input offset voltage specification. This is designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages; however, operation from split power supplies is also possible. This offers a low power supply current independent of the magnitude of the power supply voltage.
- Wide power supply voltage range: 3V to 36V single supply, ±1.5V to ±18V dual supply
- Very low supply current drain – independent of supply voltage
- Internally compensated with unity gain
- Input common-mode voltage range includes ground
- Differential input voltage range equal to power supply voltage
- Qualified to AEC-Q100 grade 1, PPAP capable
- Input offset voltage temperature drift is 7µV/℃ typ at VCC = +5.0V, full range
- Input bias current is -20nA typ TA = +25°C, IIN+ or IIN- with OUT in linear range, VCMR = 0V
- TSSOP-14 package
- Ambient temperature range from -40 to +125°C
