Product Overview
PI3A27518ZDEX is a 6-channel, 1:2 multiplexer/demultiplexer. The PI3A27518 has a wide operating voltage range, very low power consumption and small packaging. The device can be used as an analogue switch or as a low-delay bus switch. Break-before-make switching prevents both switches from being enabled simultaneously. This eliminates the signal disruption during switching. Applications include SD-SDIO and MMC two-port MUX, qSPI two-port MUX, audio and video signal routing.
- CMOS technology for bus and analogue applications
- Low propagation delay
- Wide VDD range: 1.65V to 3.6V
- Rail-to-rail signal range, break-before-make switching
- ESD protection : 2.5kV(HBM)
- On-resistance is 4.4ohm typ at 25°C, VDD = 3V, ICOM = -32mA, 0 ≤ VNO or VNC ≤ VDD
- 3dB bandwidth is 380MHz typ at +25°C, RL=50 ohm
- Channel-to-channel crosstalk is -62dB at RL=50 ohm, f=10MHz, +25°C
- 24-contact, very thin quad flat no-lead (TQFN) package
- Extended industrial temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
