SBR10U45SD1-T is a SBR® super barrier rectifier.
- Designed as bypass diodes for solar panels
- Selectively rated for +200ºC maximum junction temperature for high thermal reliability
- Patented super barrier rectifier technology, excellent high temperature stability
- High forward surge capability, ultra-low forward voltage drop
- RMS reverse voltage is 32V at TA = +25°C
- Average rectified output current is 10.0A at TA = +25°C
- Operating temperature range from -65 to +150°C (VR ≤ 80% VRRM)
- Reverse breakdown voltage is 45V min at IR = 0.5mA, TA = +25°C
- Leakage current is 0.051mA typ at VR = 45V, TJ = +25°C
