The Fischer Elektronik WLFT 404 48 x 48 is a thermally conductive, electrically insulating adhesive foil designed to provide effective heat transfer between electronic components and heatsinks. Constructed from a polyimide (Kapton® MT) carrier with a double-sided pressure-sensitive acrylate adhesive, it offers a reliable mounting solution that can replace mechanical fasteners in many thermal management applications. The pre-cut 48mm x 48mm format allows for quick and consistent installation, making it ideal for power semiconductors, LED modules, power supplies, and industrial electronic equipment.
