BGS14M8U9E6327XUSA1 is a single pole four throw (SP4T) high power MIPI R F switch in a compact 9-pin package (1.1 x 1.1mm²). The device is optimized for 5G and other cellular applications upto 7.125GHz. With a low insertion loss, high isolation, high linearity and high power handling, it is perfect for 5G and LTE 4G applications, such as 5G SRS, Uplink-Carrier Aggregation, High Power User Equipment (HPUE Class 2). Potential applications include 5G and 4G cellular handsets and cellular modems.

- Fully compatible with MIPI 2.1 RFFE standard with 2 USIDs
- Single VIO supply supporting both 1.2V and 1.8V

- No blocking capacitors required if no DC applied on RF lines
