It features high speed and low saturation voltage 750 V TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 technology co-packed with soft and fast recovery Emitter Controlled 7 diode. Typical applications include industrial UPS systems, EV charging, string inverters and energy storage systems (ESS).
