Product Overview
REF_5AR2280CZ_22W1 is an auxiliary power supply reference design configured in a flyback topology and is based on the ICE5AR2280CZ, a product of Infineon’s 5th generation fixed frequency CoolSET™ family. The power supply supports an input range up to 264 VAC with 15V/0.15A, 12V/1.4A and 5V/0.3A output. Due to the integrated 800V MOSFET and the line overvoltage protection, such a design enables the deployment to unstable grid environments and increases the robustness of the entire system.
