524MILFT is a low skew, single input to four output, clock buffer. Part of IDT’s ClockBlocks™ family, this is our lowest skew, small clock buffer.
- Extremely low skew outputs (50ps maximum)
- Low power CMOS technology
- Operating voltages of 2.5V to 5V
- 5V tolerant input clock
- Industrial temperature range
- Power supply voltage (measured in respect to GND) range from +2.375V to +5.25V
- Operating supply current is 25mA (no load, 135MHz, VDD=2.5V ±5%, -40 to +85°C)
- Nominal output impedance of 20 ohm (VDD=2.5V ±5%, -40 to +85°C)
- Short circuit current of ±28mA (VDD=2.5V ±5%, -40 to +85°C)
- 8-pin SOIC package, -40 to +85°C temperature range
