Product Overview
7078-TRX-GND is a 3 slot male triax to female BNC adapter (guard removed) for adapting non guarded measurements. You can use it to connect BNC cables to equipment with three-lug triaxial connectors. The Model 7078-TRX-GND does not have a through connection for the triaxial inner shell, which prevents hazardous voltages from guard sources being present on the BNC shell.
- Working voltage: 600Vpeak centre conductor to inner shield
- Working voltage of 1300Vpeak centre conductor and inner shield to outer shell
- Maximum working current: 1 A peak
- Operating environment: 32 to 122°F (0 to 50°C), up to 70 percent relative humidity at ≤ 95°F (35°C)
- Contact resistance is less than 0.5ohm
- Insulation resistance: 10^15ohm, centre conductor to inner shield (500V test voltage)
- Brass with nontarnish finish and PTFE insulation body
- Hardened beryllium copper contact
