E2677B is an InfiniiMax differential solder-in probe head and accessories. It includes 20 full bandwidth and 10 medium bandwidth damping resistors.
- 4" lead length for reaching into tight spaces such as DIMM socket
- 12.5GHz typical bandwidth
- Low loading, different input capacitance lesser than or equal to 270fF
- Reliable, semi-permanent connection
- Variable span of leads from 0.2 – 3.3mm (8 to 130mils)
