Product Overview
MX0109A is an InfiniiMax III GHz extreme temperature solder-in head. It is a semi-permanent solder-in connection that provides up to 26GHz of system bandwidth. For extended temperature testing, the MX0109A supports extreme operating temperatures of -55°C to +150°C per JEDEC JESD22-A104 revision E, making it ideal for testing electronic circuits and devices in environmental chambers.
- 26GHz bandwidth (with InfiniiMax III N2803A amp)
- Cdiff = 108fF, Cse = 140fF
- 100kohm input Rdiff (at DC), 1kohm input Rdiff (at > 10kHz)
- 6:1 attenuation ratio, normal sensitivity
- Variable spacing from 5mil to 250mil (or 0.127mm to 6.35mm)
Notes
MX0109A replaces the N2836A. Two probe heads are form-, fit-, and function-compatible with each other.
