Product Overview
N5425B is a 18GHz InfiniiMax differential ZIF probe head provides maximum bandwidth with the industry's first lead-free solder-in probe solution in an economical replaceable tip form factor. The probe head does not include any ZIF probe tips.
- 50kohm differential and 25kohm single-ended inputs
- 0.33pF differential and 0.53pF single-ended inputs
- ZIF probe head requires ZIF tips that can be soldered down to various places on a circuit board
- ZIF probe head can then be shuttled between the ZIF tips to make measurements
