2N6508G is 2N6504 series silicon controlled rectifier designed primarily for half-wave AC control applications, such as motor controls, heating controls and power supply crowbar circuits.
- Glass passivated junctions for greater parameter uniformity and stability
- Small, rugged, thermowatt construction for low thermal resistance, high heat dissipation, durability
- Blocking voltage to 800V
- 300A surge current capability
- Operating junction temperature range from -40 to +125°C
- 600V peak repetitive off-state voltage at TJ= 25 to 125°C
- 25A on-state RMS current (180° conduction angles; TC = 85°C)
- 3 pin TO-220AB package
