SP1003-01ETG

SP1003-01ETG is a SP1003 series unidirectional discrete TVS diode. It is fabricated in a proprietary silicon avalanche technology. This diode provides a high ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection level for electronic equipment. The SP1003 TVS can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at ±30kV (contact discharge, IEC 61000-4-2) without performance degradation. Additionally, each diode can safely dissipate 7A of 8/20µs surge current (IEC 61000-4-5) with very low clamping voltages. Typical applications include mobile phones, smartphones, PDAs, portable navigation components, digital cameras, and portable medical components.

• Forward voltage drop is 0.8V typ at IF = 10mA, TOP=25ºC
• Breakdown voltage is 7.8V typ at IR=1mA, TOP=25ºC
• Reverse standoff voltage is 5.0V max at IR=1µA, TOP=25ºC
• Reverse leakage current is 100nA max at VR=5V, I/O to GND, TOP=25ºC
