Product Overview
The MAX4691EGE+ is a low voltage CMOS 8-channel analogue multiplexer in 16 pin QFN package. The device operates from either single 2V to 11V power supply or dual ±2V to ±5.5V power supplies. It offers 70 ohm maximum on-resistance (RON) and 5ohm maximum matching between channels. Each switch has rail to rail signal handling and low 1nA leakage current. All digital inputs are 1.8V logic compatible when operating from 3V supply and TTL compatible when operating from 5V supply.
- Positive supply current of 0.1μA at TA = 25°C with single +3V supply
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Fast transition time of 90ns
- Low crosstalk of -75dB at f = 100KHz (TA = 25°C, single +3V supply)
- High off isolation of -70dB at f = 0.1MHz (TA = 25°C, single +3V supply)
- Maximum on-resistance flatness of 6ohm at TA = 25°C with single +5V supply
- Charge injection of 0.1pC at TA = 25°C with single +3V supply
- V+ to V- signal handling
- Enable turn-on time of 180ns and enable turn off time of 70ns at TA = 25°C with single +3V supply
