Product Overview
The MAX4736EUB+ is a 0.6ohm, low voltage, single supply, dual SPDT analogue switch in 10 pin µMAX package. This device has fast switching speeds (tON = 25ns, tOFF = 20ns max at 2.7V), handles rail to rail analogue signals and consumes less than 4μW of quiescent power. When powered from a 3V supply it features low 0.6ohm on-resistance (RON) with 0.1ohm RON matching and 0.05ohm RON flatness at 3V supply. It is used in power routing, battery powered systems, low voltage data acquisition systems, communications circuits, PCMCIA cards, cellular phones, modems and hard drives.
- Supply voltage range is 1.6V to 3.6V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- One normally open (NO) switch and one normally closed (NC) switch
- On-resistance matching of 2ohm (max) at 1.8V
- Single-supply operation down to 1.6V
- 1.8V CMOS logic compatible (3V supply)
- Fast switching of tON = 25ns, tOFF = 20ns
