Product Overview
The MAX6309UK29D3+T is a multiple-input, programmable reset IC in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This CMOS microprocessor (μP) supervisory circuit is designed to monitor more than one power supply and issue a system reset when any monitored supply falls out of regulation. Ideal for monitoring both 5V and 3.3V in personal computer systems, it asserts a system reset if any of the monitored supplies falls outside the programmed threshold. Low supply current (15μA) and a small package suit them for portable applications. This device is specifically designed to ignore fast transients on any monitored supply.
- Supply voltage range is 1V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
- Supply current is 8μA
- RESET(complementary) valid to VCC = 1V
- Immune to short VCC transients
- Active-low push/pull RESET output
- Adjustable undervoltage reset input and a manual-reset input
- No external components required
- Reset timeout period is 200ms
- Factory trimmed reset threshold is 2.93V
