Product Overview
MG Chemicals unique mixture of high grade synthetic resin and thixotropic agents designed specifically for use with high temperature lead free and conventional Sn/Pb alloys. It provides the fluxing activity levels that promote fast wetting action and maximum wetting spread.
- Premium RA rosin-based flux paste with moderate activation and a stiff, paste-like consistency
- Easy to use and stays where it is applied
- Residues can be easily removed with 824 isopropyl alcohol or 4140 flux remover
- For hand soldering and can be applied by brush, cotton swab, or dipping
- Excellent for the assembly, rework and repair of PCBs and surface mount assemblies, and general electronic repairs
- For both leaded and lead-free solders
- Excellent wetting during soldering
- Zinc chloride and ammonium chloride-free
