Product Overview
SY89329VMG-TR is a TTL/CMOS-to-differential PECL translator. Capable of running from a 3.3V or 5V supply, the part can be used in either LVTTL/LVCMOS/LVPECL or TTL/CMOS/PECL systems. It makes it ideal for applications where space, performance, and low power are at a premium. For applications that require a dual translator in this same ultra-small MLF™ package, consider the SY89322V. The application includes high-speed logic, data communications systems, wireless communications systems, and telecom systems.
- Differential LVPECL output, Q output will default HIGH with inputs open
- Power supply range from 3.0 to 3.6V, 20mA max power supply current (no load, max. VCC.)
- Input HIGH current is 20µA max (VIN = 2.7V, TA= -40°C to +85°C)
- Input LOW current is -0.2mA max (VIN = 0.5V, TA= -40°C to +85°C)
- Input clamp voltage is -1.2V max (IN = –18mA, TA= -40°C to +85°C)
- Maximum operating frequency is 800MHz (VCC = 3.3V ±10% or 5.0V ±10%, TA = -40°C to +85°C)
- Propagation delay from 100-600ps (IN-to-Q, /IN-to-/Q, VCC=3.3V ±10% or 5.0V ±10%, TA = -40 to 85°C)
- Rise/fall time (20%-80%) Q, /Q range from 200 to 500ps (at full output swing, TA = –40°C to +85°C)
- Cycle-to-cycle jitter is 1psRMS max (VCC = 3.3V ±10% or 5.0V ±10%; TA = -40°C to +85°C)
- MLF-8 package, industrial ambient operating range from -40°C to +85°C
