MIKROE-6825

MIKROE-6825 is a DAC 20 Click compact add-on board designed to provide precise dual-channel digital-to-analogue voltage conversion. It is based on the MCP47CMD22, a 12-bit dual-output DAC from Microchip, featuring an I2C-compatible serial interface and integrated Multi-Time Programmable (MTP) non-volatile memory. This Click board delivers excellent linearity and fast 4µs settling time, ensuring stable and responsive analogue outputs, while onboard MCP1501 precision voltage references offer selectable 2.048V or 4.096V reference levels via a jumper. The configurable I2C address allows multiple devices on the same bus, and dedicated hardware support enables high-voltage MTP programming or synchronized output updates. DAC 20 Click is well suited for applications such as sensor calibration, offset and gain trimming, reference voltage generation, and general-purpose analogue control in consumer and embedded systems.
