Product Overview
224050-1042 is a Mini50-to-Mini50 Off-the-Shelf (OTS) cable assembly. Mini50 connectors achieve 50% space savings over traditional USCAR 0.64mm connectors with sealed or unsealed Mini50 single- and dual-row receptacles, with smaller terminals to fit more low-current electrical circuits in interior transportation-vehicle environments. Withstand infrared (IR) and wave lead-free solder processing per ES-40000-5013 Molex specification, maximum temperature +260°C.
- 2.00mm pitch, single row, 0.22mm² wire size
- 150mm length, 4 circuits, black colour-resin
- 4A current (maximum per contact), 14VDC maximum voltage
- Copper alloy metal material, tin mating plating material
- High-temperature thermoplastic housings
- Female terminal wire grips for wires 0.35mm² and smaller
- Independent secondary lock (ISL) terminal-retention feature
- Simplify header PCB placement and retain header to PCB during soldering operations
- Protect adhesive joints during connector mating and unmating
- Ideal for sealed applications where IPX8 rating is required
