- Programmed frequency up to 3MHz and external sync clock up to 3MHz
- 180° phase-shifted operation
- Adjustable advanced asynchronous mode or forced continuous conduction mode
- Peak efficiency greater than 90%
- 60µA quiescent current
- Short-circuit protection with hiccup mode and valley current detection
- 100% duty cycle operation
- Cycle-by-cycle current limit and thermal shutdown
