- 90μV typical output noise voltage at f = 10 to 100KHz
- 55dB minimum ripple rejection at f = 120Hz, VIN = 15 to 25V
- 2.2A typical peak current, 2V dropout voltage at IOUT = 1A
- Output current up to 1.5A at TJ = 25°C
- >55dB at 120Hz (VOUT = 5.0V) power supply rejection ratio
- Operating junction temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, package is TO-220F
