The SA15A is an Unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diode with moulded plastic over passivated junction case and plated axial lead terminals. The SA series protection diode features glass passivated chip junction, excellent clamping capability and low incremental surge resistance. Colour band denotes positive end polarity.
