Low dissipation factor GRM series Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors (MLCC) suitable for high frequency circuits. Ideal for use on high frequency pulse circuits such as snubber circuits for switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, ballasts (inverter fluorescent lamps).
- Internal electrode structure provides high flash-over voltage
- Monolithic structure for small, SMD devices capable of operating at high voltage levels
- Sn-plated external electrodes provides good solderability
