Product Overview
HEF4050BT,653 is a hex non-inverting buffer. It is a hex buffer with overvoltage-tolerant inputs. Inputs are overvoltage tolerant to 15.0V. This enables the device to be used in HIGH-to-LOW level shifting applications. It is suitable for LOCMOS (local oxidation CMOS) to DTL/TTL converter, HIGH sink current for driving two TTL loads, HIGH-to-LOW level logic conversion.
- Wide supply voltage range from 3.0V to 15.0V
- CMOS low power dissipation, high noise immunity
- Fully static operation, standardized symmetrical output characteristics
- Complies with JEDEC standard JESD 13-B
- Output clamping current is ±10mA max at VO < -0.5V or VO > VDD + 0.5V
- Total power dissipation is 500mW max at Tamb=-40°C to +85°C
- Input transition rise and fall rate is 3.75μs/V max at VDD = 5V
- Input leakage current is ±1.0μA max at Tamb = 85°C
- SO16 package
- Ambient temperature range from -40 to +85°C
