The RB751V40 is a planar maximum efficiency general application (MEGA) Schottky Barrier Single Diode with an integrated guard ring for stress protection, encapsulated in a small surface-mounted device (SMD) plastic package. It is used for ultra high-speed switching, voltage clamping, line termination and reverse polarity protection.
