KTY82/210,215 is a KTY82 series silicon temperature sensor. It has a positive temperature coefficient of resistance and are suitable for use in measurement and control systems. The sensor is encapsulated in the small plastic surface mounted device (SMD) package.

- Positive temperature coefficient; fail-safe behaviour, virtually linear characteristics
- Sensor resistance range from 1980 to 2020 ohm (Isen(cont) = 1mA, Tamb = 25°C)
- Temperature coefficient is 0.79%/K typ (Tamb = 25°C)
- Resistance ratio range from 1.676 to 1.716 (Tamb = 100°C and 25°C)
- Drift of sensor resistance at 25°C is 3.2ohm typ (25°C)
- Thermal time constant is 7s typ (in still air, 25°C)
- Continuous sensor current is 10mA max ( in free air; Tamb = 25°C)
- 3 pin SOT-23 package
