Product Overview
MPF5200AMMG0ES is a PF5200 multi-channel PMIC device designed to be used for high-performance automotive applications. The PF5200 is also highly configurable, making it a perfect companion and fit for various system-level power requirements. The integrated voltage monitoring circuits ensure compliance with the ISO 26262 standard and functional safety up to ASIL B level. This device is suitable for S32 processors based applications and DDR memory supply. The built-in one-time programmable (OTP) memory stores key startup configurations, drastically reducing external components typically used to set output voltage and sequence of regulators. Regulator parameters are adjustable through high-speed I2C after startup, offering flexibility for different system states. Typical applications include automotive infotainment, automotive ADAS, and high-end consumer and industrial.
