Product Overview
The FODM3052_NF098 is a 4-pin full pitch random-phase TRIAC Driver Output Optocoupler consists of a GaAs infrared emitting diode driving a silicon bilateral switch housed. The lead pitch is 2.54mm. It is designed for interfacing between electronic controls and power TRIACs to control resistive and inductive loads for 115/240V operations. It is suitable for traffic lights, vending machine, solid-state relay and solenoid/valve control.
