Product Overview
The MBR0540T3G is a surface mount Schottky power Rectifier Diode with epoxy moulded case, all external surfaces corrosion-resistant and terminal leads are readily solderable finish and cathode band polarity designator. The Schottky rectifier employs the Schottky barrier principle with a barrier metal that produces optimal forward voltage drop-reverse current trade off. It is ideally suited for low voltage, high frequency rectification or as free wheeling and polarity protection diodes in surface mount applications, where compact size and weight are critical to the system.
- Guarding for stress protection
- Very low forward voltage
- 260°C Maximum for 10 seconds lead and mounting surface temperature for soldering purposes
- AEC-Q101 Qualified and PPAP capable
