MMSZ12T1G is an MMSZxxxT1G series three complete zener diode offered in the convenient, surface-mount plastic package. This device provides a convenient alternative to the leadless 34-package style.
- 500mW rating on FR-4 or FR-5 board
- Wide zener reverse voltage range from 2.4V to 56V
- Package designed for optimal automated board assembly
- ESD rating of Class 3 (<gt/> 16kV) per human body model
- AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable, cathode indicated by polarity band, UL 94 V-0 flaming rating
- Void-free, transfer-moulded, thermosetting plastic case, corrosion resistant finish
- Maximum case temperature for soldering purpose 260°C for 10 Seconds
- VZ1 range from 11.40 to 12.60V (IZT1 = 5mA, TA = 25°C), 25 ZZT1 (IZT1 = 5mA, TA = 25°C)
- 0.1µA, 8V Max reverse leakage current (IR @ VR, TA = 25°C)
- SOD-123 package, junction temperature range from -55 to +150°C
